Changes in the business environment from restructuring to globalization require today’s leaders to continually grow and change. This innovative coaching process helps leaders make successful transitions and develop self awareness, skills and perspectives they will use throughout their lives.

Organizations Need Coaching When:

How Does It Work?

There Are 4 Stages To This Process:

  1. A thorough and holistic needs assessment of present state and desired outcomes forms an essential platform for the development of clear objectives for coaching. It consists of 360 tools, workstyle inventories, live interviews and observation.
  2. Once these layers of information are gathered and synthesized, an action model is co-created. You determine which development goals to focus on and the coach provides the tools and sequencing.
  3. The implementation process will last from 3 to 12 months and results in new ways of thinking and interpreting experience, and the acquisition of new competencies. The coach provides training in the tools, resources, extended practice, feedback, and support. Common goals include creating and shaping strategy, clearly and consistently communicating objectives, fostering vigorous debate, influencing peers, achieving success through others, and constructively dealing with conflict.
  4. Results are evaluated by you, the coach, and all stakeholders, and successes are documented and reinforced.
