What Is Transformational Coaching?
As children, we all acquire certain beliefs and behaviours to get our core needs for safety, belonging and recognition met. As adults, they often do not serve us well.

How Does it Work?Transformational Coaching is a 3 step process:
- Developing an awareness of the triggers within that automatically elicit old behaviours designed to gain security or approval from outside yourself.
- Neutralizing these triggers and learning effective, positive behaviours that allow you to demonstrate confidence, calmness, curiosity and compassion, and to feel connected and committed to others.
- Opening to higher levels of consciousness through intentionally shifting from survival mode to letting go of needing to be in control of people and circumstances so as to stay safe and instead risking being authentic, appreciative and vulnerable.
Rilla uses methodologies such as Guided Imagery and Music, Guided Visualization and EMDR to facilitate this kind of transformation. These methods establish new neural pathways in the body and brain and are therefore sustainable.
